Rob Wilson is the Market Unit Leader North West for TradeDoubler and runs its UK & Ireland operations. Rob was formerly Chief Revenue Officer and responsible for global sales at the US advertising network, Epic Media Group. He brings over 10 years’ experience in digital marketing and is an expert in affiliate marketing having previously held key leadership positions with Zanox, 24/7 Real Media and Yahoo throughout Europe and the US.

Mary Keane-Dawson is a hugely experienced strategic C-suite business development professional, manager and consultant with successful track record in the multi-channel digital media space, search optimisation, technology and social media strategy and metrics.She has over two decades’ experience in publishing, advertising, new business ventures, fundraising, client development, change management, talent development and troubleshooting.

Paul Bongers has been at the forefront of affiliate, search and partner marketing for 10 years. Managing several affiliate programmes for BT and seeing them grow year on year into a major contributor to online sales. His current role involves the commercial development of BTs online portfolio with previous experience in strategic and online marketing, proposition development together with the launch marketing of Broadband in the UK.

Matt Wood is founder of the affiliates4u.com (A4U), and founded the a4uexpo Performance Marketing Conferences which have taken place in the UK, Netherlands, Germany and in 2012 Spain. Involved in Affiliate Marketing since 1999, he incorporated his company Existem Ltd with profits made solely from Affiliate Marketing. Matthew is an expert in the online industry having worked with Paid Search, Organic SEO, Voucher Codes, Mobile and Cashback.

Tim Jessop Tim Jessop has 7 years experience in affiliate marketing and has been at Tesco for 5 years. He currently manages the online advertising for Tesco.com, including the Tesco affiliate programme. This programme covers a range of product areas such as: Grocery, Tesco Direct, Wine by the case and Entertainment. Further details about the programme can be found here.

Steve Wilson is a highly experienced senior manager in online sales and marketing and has worked closely with large and small affiliates in his 10+ years in the industry. Steve brings a client slide perspective to the dragons panel with a background that includes roles such as Head of E-Commerce at O2, Head of Online Sales and Marketing for Europe at McAfee, Global Online Merchandising Director for Nokia and most recently Head of Online for British Gas Business.

Leo Harrison founded Artemis Eight (an affiliate publisher) back in 2004 and grew the company from a one man band to a thriving workforce of over 25 with a multi million pound turnover. Leo’s cutting-edge and innovative approach to affiliate publishing earned Artemis Eight a number of prestigious industry awards and a place among a small group of UK “Super Affiliates”.
